Web Store Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy
We stand behind our products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If the product was damaged upon delivery to your address, please contact us for exchange options.
All products are new removed from original packaging and come to you pre-packaged in the GSR Active Shooter Response Kit.
1) Payments: All payments are non-refundable.
2) Returns: You must call us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you do not have an RMA from us, we will NOT accept your return, and the item will be returned to sender.
3) Damage to Item: If you receive a product and it is damaged upon delivery by the delivery service, you only have 5 days from date of delivery to notify us of the damage to the product to discuss exchange options.
We deal in Exchanges only, at our discretion, All Sales Final, No Refunds
